On Friday night 13 April, The Cows were privileged to be invited onto the Toks en Tjops live TV show, thanks to an invitation from their producer, Liebie Opperman – one of our Comrades runners.

One of our founder Cows, Richard Laskey, pounced (can Cows pounce?) at the opportunity to be The Cows spokesperson, having been a loyal supporter of the program since its inception, as well as a staunch Stormers supporter.

What an incredible bunch of genuine folk making a positive difference in South Africans lives.
